I fully admit to having a passion for books that show the way to achieving your goals in life. This volume (Seven choices for success and significance: How to live life from the inside out)is full of practical and meaningful advice for anyone seeking to make their lives a success. Like most people, I enjoy reading a book where the author has actually had to overcome the many obstacles in life and became a success by following the same principles he writes about. The author, Dr. Nido Qubein, came to the United States as a teenager and could barely speak English with just $50.00 in his pocket. The lessons emphasized in this book focus on with making the right choices in life because this is what will determine what you become in the future.

The seven choices include the following: Choose transformational patterns, choose energy management over time management, choose to give, choose to be authentic, choose to live life in balance, choose to be positive, choose to be a risk taker. The last section provides a summary of basic principles to choose success and significance.

Like all Simple Truths books, this one is filled with beautiful photographs and thoughtful quotes to emphasize the theme of the book. In conclusion, this is a book that would be a great gift for graduates and anyone else who desires to learn what it takes to succeed and the importance of making the right choices in life.

Another GREAT and SIMPLE read from Dr. Nido Qubein. Lovely quotes with Dr. Nido Qubein's thoughts and comments on the topics. A great book to have by your bedside for a quick pick-me-up when you are down!

Excellent book for anyone

We received this book from the author, Nido R. Qubein, who is the president of High Point University upon the acceptance of my daughter into High Point University. I read it and loved it and my husband read it and loved it and we had all 3 of our daughters read it and they liked it. It is full of great advice to not just be successful but to be significant in what you contribute to this world.
I highly recommend it for Everyone.
