Ian Grieve is a Microsoft� Most Valuable Professional for Microsoft Dynamics GP and is also a certified Dynamics CRM consultant specializing in the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics GP and CRM projects. He is a senior consultant at Perfect Image Ltd., a Microsoft Partner and VAR in the North East of England. Ian has done a terrific job with this book on setting up and using workflow 2.0 in Dynamics GP. So many web searches on GP Workflow turn up info on the old version. Ian's book fill an important role in providing useful information about GP's new workflow.

Required reading for anyone implementing Workflow 2.0 in GP

This book covers all aspects of installation, setup, maintenance and use of Workflow 2.0 for Microsoft Dynamics GP - including a couple of undocumented prerequisites. The examples Mr. Grieve uses along with the screenshots he provides made it easy to setup and use workflow 2.0 in GP. This book is a great reference tool - I've already ordered 3 more copies for our office!
